Upon completion, participants earn a Certificate of Completion from RAPIDS program and become eligible to take the State of Hawaii CNA certification exam.

Program Structure and Timeline

On-the-Job Training (OJT)
Gain 2000 hours of hands-on experience in real caregiving settings.

Complete 144 hours of coursework designed to complement your on-the-job training.

Probationary Period
The first 500 hours of on-the-job training serve as a probationary period.

We provide additional training as needed, carefully monitor your progress, and work with you to establish and evaluate performance goals.
